Ingredients :
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/3 c cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions :
- Mix these dry ingredients in a med sauce pan and add 3 C milk.
- Stiring over medium heat, bring to a boil (stir continuously) for 1 min.
- Remove and add 3Tbs butter and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. ( i have omitted butter, when i was out. Still delicious). Pour into pre-baked pie shell. Cool and place in refrigerator till cold.
- You can add merengue (raining today, so i knew it wouldn’t peak).
