INGREDIENTS
Steak Marinade:

1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)

2 tbsp premium soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tbsp avocado oil
Stir-Fry:
-
2 tbsp avocado oil
-
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
-
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
-
½ cup beef bone broth
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Jasmine rice for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:

Marinate Steak: Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, oil → coat flank steak → rest 15 mins.

Stir-Fry Aromatics: Heat oil in carbon steel wok → sear steak → remove.
Sauté onion, bell peppers, garlic, ginger 3 mins. -
Make Sauce: Whisk broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, vinegar, sugar.

Combine & Thicken: Return steak → pour sauce → simmer 2 mins.
Add cornstarch slurry → stir until glossy. -
Finish & Serve: Toss with pepper flakes → serve over steamed rice.
