Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- Zest from 2 lemons
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Yellow food coloring drops (optional)
Instructions :
1. Combine white chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl.
2. Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Add lemon zest and juice, mix well.
4. Gradually blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Optionally, add yellow food coloring.
5. Chill for 2 hours, then shape into truffle-sized balls. Dust in powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
