Ingredients :
- For the steak bites:
- – 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- – 3 tbsp butter
- – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- – ½ tsp salt
- – ½ tsp black pepper
- – 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- For the pasta:
- – 12 oz shell pasta
- – 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- – ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- – 2 tbsp butter
- – 1 tsp garlic powder
- – ½ tsp salt
- – ½ tsp black pepper
- – ½ cup reserved pasta water
Instructions :
- 1. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 3. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic powder, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- 5. Add cooked shell pasta and reserved pasta water, stirring to combine.
- 6. Return steak bites to the skillet and mix everything together.
- 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
