Delicious Angel Beef Casserole

Ingredients :

Beach Layer:

• 2 lbs lean ground beef

• 1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix

Creamy Sauce:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

• ½ cup beef broth

• ¼ cup butter, melted

Crispy Crown:

• 7 cups frozen tater tots

Prep:

• Cooking spray (for dish)

Instructions : 

1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 9×13 dish.

2. Brown Beef: In skillet, cook beef with Italian seasoning until crumbly. Drain fat.

3. Make Sauce: Whisk cream cheese, soup, broth, and melted butter until smooth.

4. Layer: Spread beef in dish. Pour sauce over, then top with tater tots in tight rows.

5. Bake: 40-45 mins until tots are golden. Rest 5 mins before serving.
