Ingredients :
- 3 (3 oz) boxes of flavored Jell-O (choose fun colors like strawberry, blue raspberry, and lemon)
- 3 packets unflavored gelatin (like Knox)
- 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per color)
- 1½ cups cold water (½ cup per color)
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- Silicone cupcake molds or plastic cups
- Optional: sprinkles, fruit pieces, or edible glitter for garnish
Instructions :
- For each Jell-O layer: In a bowl, combine 1 box of flavored Jell-O with 1 packet of unflavored gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add ½ cup cold water and mix well.
- Pour a small amount of the mixture into each cupcake mold or cup (about ⅓ full). Chill for 30–40 minutes until set.
- Once set, spread a thin layer of whipped topping gently over the Jell-O layer.
- Repeat the layering process with the next color/flavor, allowing each layer to set before adding the next. Alternate Jell-O and whipped topping layers for a fun, colorful effect.
- Once fully set, top with extra whipped topping and optional sprinkles or fruit pieces for garnish.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
