Ingredients :
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- ½ cup egg whites
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup maple syrup
Instructions :
- Gather ingredients for this recipe.
- Use cooking spray to grease a crock pot. Set aside.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into ¼ size pieces.
- Add the cinnamon roll pieces into the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Whisk well.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Drizzle syrup over the top.
- Cook the cinnamon rolls on low for 2 hours (or 2.5 if the cinnamon rolls need more time).
- Drizzle the icing evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
