Crock Pot Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes (washed & thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of paprika or dried herbs (thyme, rosemary)

How to Make It:

  1. Toss sliced potatoes, onion, and garlic with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any extra seasoning.
  2. Divide mixture into 3–4 portions and wrap each in foil.
  3. Place foil packs into your crock pot.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.
  5. Unwrap and enjoy the tender, flavorful goodness!
