Ingredients :
- 150 ml of yogurt (can be non-fat)
- 120 g of sugar
- 120 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 8 g of baking powder
- 380 g of flour
Instructions :
- Make the dough
- Mix yogurt, oil, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Mix well, then add sifted flour and baking powder.
- Knead the dough, separate a little at a time and form a small roll.
- Bake a biscuit
- Arrange on a tray lined with baking paper, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
