Chocolate biscuit with yogurt

Ingredients :  

  • 150 ml of yogurt (can be non-fat)
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 120 ml of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 8 g of baking powder
  • 380 g of flour

Instructions :

  1. Make the dough
  2. Mix yogurt, oil, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Mix well, then add sifted flour and baking powder.
  4. Knead the dough, separate a little at a time and form a small roll.
  5. Bake a biscuit
  6. Arrange on a tray lined with baking paper, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
