Chipotle Bowls

Ingredients : 

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Jar of Salsa
  • 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
  • 1 Drained can of Black Beans
  • 1 Drained can of Corn
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • A Splash of Chicken Stock (I shake it in the empty salsa jar to get the remnants)

Instructions : 

  1. Dump in crockpot for 4 hours on high.
  2. Rice is chopped cilantro and one squeezed lime mixed in the rice after it’s done cooking.
  3. Top with Greek Yogurt as a sour cream alternative.
