Bread Dipping Oil

Ingredients :

  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning blend
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 loaf crusty baguette bread, cut into ½-inch thick slices (for serving)

Instructions : 

1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

2. Pour in the olive oil and gently stir to blend all the ingredients together.

3. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

4. Serve the dipping oil in a shallow dish alongside the sliced baguette.

5. Dip the warm bread into the herbed oil and enjoy every flavorful bite!

Tip:
You can also add freshly grated Parmesan cheese or a drizzle of honey for a creative twist!
