Ingredients

  • 1 box (5.1 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 snack-size vanilla wafer packs
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping (non-dairy optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk milk and banana pudding mix in a bowl until smooth
  • Let sit 5 minutes to thicken
  • Open each vanilla wafer pack by cutting toppings and folding edges
  • Add 2-3 tbsp pudding to each pack
  • Layer 3-4 banana slices
  • Top with 1 tbsp whipped topping
  • Serve immediately in pouches

Notes

Use cold milk for faster thickening
Ripe bananas with brown spots add sweetness
Store unused filled packs refrigerated (max 2 hours) to maintain wafer crispness
