Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon citric acid or lime powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients
  • Combine the spices in a small bowl
  • Whisk thoroughly to blend evenly
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  • Store in an airtight container

Notes

Adjust cayenne for more heat. Use citric acid sparingly for tang. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months. Mix with oil to create marinades for meats or coat veggies before roasting.
