Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) Great Value Seasoned Fries
  • 1 lb raw ground beef
  • 1 packet Great Value Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 bag Great Value Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 oz)
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  • Spread seasoned fries evenly on a large baking sheet
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy
  • Heat a black non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
  • Cook ground beef until browned and crumbled, 7-8 minutes
  • Drain excess grease from the skillet
  • Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water to beef, stir well
  • Simmer on medium-low for 5 minutes until sauce thickens
  • Transfer baked fries to a large white ceramic plate
  • Evenly distribute taco beef over fries
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously
  • Place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt cheese

Notes

Use pre-seasoned frozen fries for convenience.
If using store-brand taco seasoning, check label to ensure it's alcohol-free.
Serve immediately for optimal crispiness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
