Ingredients

  • 12 pretzel rods
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • ½ cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (patriotic mix)
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter (room temperature)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Place the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted white chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl to avoid clumps.
  • Immediately sprinkle the dipped portion with the red, white, and blue sprinkles, ensuring good coverage for a festive look.
  • Place each coated pretzel rod on the prepared baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set completely; you can speed this along by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Slightly warm the crunchy peanut butter in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.
  • Using a spoon or piping bag, drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the set chocolate and sprinkle half with mini marshmallows immediately while the peanut butter is still soft to help them stick.
  • Allow the peanut butter to firm up for a few minutes before serving or packaging.

Notes

Ensure the peanut butter is softened before warming to make drizzling easier.
