Ingredients

  • 2 cups white cranberry strawberry juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full fat or light)
  • 1 packet freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  • Fill a large glass or pitcher generously with ice cubes.
  • Pour 2 cups of white cranberry strawberry juice over the ice.
  • Slowly add 1 cup of coconut milk and stir gently until combined.
  • If desired, add 1–2 tablespoons of simple syrup and mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle the entire packet of freeze-dried strawberries into the drink and let soften for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for best results.
