  • 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 can drained cut green beans (14 oz)
  • 1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
  • 1 carton chicken broth (32 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or oregano)

Instructions

  • Slice the halal smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
  • Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large pot, combine sausage, potatoes, green beans, chicken broth, and seasonings.
