Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skittles
  • 2 cups Sprite
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Measure out 1 cup of Skittles, 2 cups of chilled Sprite, 1 cup of water, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
  • Blend everything in a high-speed blender until the Skittles are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, leaving half an inch of space for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • To remove, run the molds under warm water for 10-15 seconds, then gently twist to loosen the popsicles.

Notes

Chilling the Sprite before blending helps maintain fizz and reduces freezing time.
Use a high-speed blender to dissolve the Skittles completely for a smooth texture.
For extra color, use a single color Skittles bag.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
