Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups graham crackers, roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag marshmallows
  • 1 (7-ounce) container marshmallow creme
  • 3 Hershey's Special Dark XL chocolate bars

Instructions

  • Line a 10×15-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine Rice Krispies, graham crackers, and salt in a bowl.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, add marshmallows until fully melted.
  • Fold marshmallow mixture into the cereal-cracker mix until coated.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the pan; cool slightly.
  • Spread a marshmallow creme layer in the center.
  • Broil chocolate bars until melted, then spread over the creme.
  • Roll the log carefully and chill for 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

Ensure chocolate is fully melted for even coating.
Use a sharp knife to slice chilled treats for clean cuts.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours to set properly.
