Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • ¾ cup Reese's Pieces candies
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers, broken into individual pieces

Instructions

  • Soften the Cream Cheese for 30-60 minutes
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and pure vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1½ to 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar. Start mixing on low to avoid a sugar cloud, then increase to medium. Blend for 1 to 1½ minutes until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  • Lay plastic wrap on the counter in a crisscross pattern. Spoon the mixture into the center and gather the plastic wrap to form a tight ball. Twist the ends to secure.
  • Chill the wrapped cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Unwrap and press Reese's Pieces candies into the surface of the cheese ball.
  • Break graham crackers into pieces and serve the cheese ball on top for a perfect pairing.

Notes

The cheese ball should be thoroughly chilled to hold its shape. For even coating, use a small amount of melted peanut butter to secure the Reese's Pieces if needed. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
