Ingredients

  • 1 box Honey Maid Graham Crackers
  • 1 blue tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 carton strawberries (finely chopped)
  • 1 carton blueberries (chopped)
  • 1 bag white chocolate morsels
  • 1 bottle red-white-blue sprinkles
  • 1 roll parchment paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Gently fold chopped strawberries and blueberries into thawed Cool Whip.
  • Place half the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
  • Spoon the berry-Cool Whip mixture evenly over each cracker, leaving a small border.
  • Top each with another graham cracker to form sandwiches.
  • Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Microwave white chocolate morsels in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip one edge of each sandwich into melted chocolate, then sprinkle with red-white-blue toppings.
  • Return briefly to the freezer to set the chocolate before storing.

Gentle folding preserves berry texture.
Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and consistent freezing.
