Ingredients

  • 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¼–½ cup frozen mango chunks (optional)
  • ¾ cup ice
  • 1–2 tsp lime juice (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp cream of coconut
  • Splash of grenadine
  • Toppings: whipped cream, syrup drizzle, pineapple wedge, cherry, umbrella

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients: Measure pinapple juice, lime juice (optional), cream of coconut, and gather frozen fruit and ice.
  • Blend the base: In a blender, combine pineapple juice, frozen pineapple chunks, optional frozen mango chunks, cream of coconut, lime juice, and ice.
  • Blend thoroughly: Blend for 20–40 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  • Adjust texture: Add more juice or ice as needed.
  • Chill serving cups: Place cups in the freezer briefly.
  • Pour and decorate: Pour into chilled cups and top with whipped cream, syrup, and tropical garnishes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
