Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count large biscuits)
  • 1 cup fruit filling (cherry, apple, blueberry, strawberry, or peach)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit into an 4-inch circle.
  • Add 1–2 tablespoons fruit filling to the center of each.
  • Pinch edges slightly to hold filling, leaving a slight opening.
  • Brush with beaten egg, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool 5–10 minutes, then prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm danishes.

Use frozen biscuit dough for convenience
