Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons blue food coloring
  • 1 cup patriotic sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the melted mixture into three separate bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl, blue to another, and leave the third bowl white.
  • Spoon the colored mixtures alternately into the prepared pan in sections. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the layers together.
  • Spread the sprinkles evenly over the surface of the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Cut into 36 squares and serve.

Notes

Chilling the fudge is essential for clean cutting. Substitute dairy-free white chocolate chips for a vegan version. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
