Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted smooth
  • ΒΌ cup blue sprinkles

Instructions

  • Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat them completely dry.
  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, using 20-second intervals and stirring in between, or with a double boiler.
  • Hold each strawberry by its stem or use a toothpick and dip it into melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of it.
  • Immediately sprinkle blue sprinkles onto the chocolate-covered portion of each strawberry.
  • Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry for chocolate to adhere properly.
Work quickly to prevent the chocolate from hardening during dipping.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 hours or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
