Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prepare your blender: Ensure your blender is clean and ready for use.
  • Add the orange juice concentrate: Scoop the 12 ounces of frozen orange juice concentrate into the blender.
  • Add sugar and milk: Pour in 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of whole milk.
  • Include the vanilla ice cream and extract: Add 1 cup of vanilla ice cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Add ice cubes: Carefully add 3 cups of ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds.
  • Serve immediately: Pour the Orange Julius into glasses and enjoy straight away.

Notes

Use whole milk instead of skim for richer creaminess and better texture.
Make sure your orange juice concentrate is fully thawed for easier blending.
