Instructions

  • Select a rectangular baking dish or any freezer-safe container approximately 9x13 inches.
  • Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom. Trim edges gently if needed.
  • Spread a layer of whipped cream over the ice cream sandwiches, smoothing with a spatula.
  • Pour chocolate syrup evenly over the whipped cream.
  • Repeat layers until ingredients are used, leaving some whipped cream for the top.
  • Spread remaining whipped cream on the final layer and sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve directly from the freezer.
