Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Lightly grease a baking dish
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth
  • Add crab meat, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper
  • Blend gently to avoid breaking up crab meat
  • Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley
  • Spread mixture into the baking dish
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden
  • Garnish with remaining parsley before serving

Notes

Use fresh lump crab meat for best texture
Avoid overmixing to keep crab meat flake-like
