Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  • Wash and slice peaches into bite-sized pieces
  • Rinse and drain blackberries and blueberries
  • Extract pomegranate seeds by cutting the fruit in half and tapping with a spoon
  • Stack basil leaves and slice into ribbons
  • Combine fruits and basil in a bowl
  • Drizzle with honey and lime juice
  • Toss gently to coat
  • Serve immediately

Adjust honey to taste
