Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 4 halal sausage patties
  • 4 slices Kraft cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for cooking)
  • 1-2 tablespoons syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or oil
  • Prepare pancake batter per package instructions
  • Pour small amounts of batter (3-4 inches) and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden
  • Cook halal sausage patties in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes per side
  • Place cheese slices on each cooked patty to melt
  • Scramble or fry eggs to preference
