Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 halal/turkey sausage patties
  • 4 Kraft cheese slices
  • 4 large eggs
  • Butter or oil (for cooking)
  • Syrup (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Mix pancake batter according to package instructions (add milk and egg in place of voided package instructions).
  • Heat skillet over medium heat and grease with butter/oil.
  • Pour 3-4" diameter batter rounds. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Make 8 pancakes total.
  • Cook sausage patties in same or separate pan over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side until 160°F (71°C).
  • In same skillet, cook eggs scrambled or fried to preference.
  • Stack pancakes with cheese, sausage, and eggs to create sandwiches.

Use halal or turkey sausage for dietary compliance
