  • 4 halal sausage patties
  • 4 slices Kraft cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare pancake batter by mixing 1 cup pancake mix with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt until slightly lumpy.
  • Cook 8 small round pancakes on a hot non-stick pan or griddle until golden brown.

  • Scramble or fry eggs as desired.
  • Stack 2 pancakes, add a sausage patty, cheese slice, and egg, then top with another pancake.
  • Repeat for remaining ingredients.
