Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (18.3 ounces)
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces each)
  • 3 cups whole milk (cold)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 36 mini Reese's cups (unwrapped, halved)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions. Prepare brownie mix as directed, bake in a 9×13-inch pan, and cool completely. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a large bowl, whisk instant pudding, cooled milk, and vanilla extract for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
  • In a 3-quart trifle dish, layer half the brownie pieces, 1/3 of the halved Reese's cups, half the peanut butter pudding mixture, and another 1/3 of the Reese's cups. Repeat remaining brownie pieces, pudding, and half the remaining Reese's cups. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish.

Notes

Ensure brownies are fully cooled before layering. Chill at least 3 hours for best texture. Substitute mini Reese's cups with chocolate-covered peanuts for a halal option.
