Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp halal/non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, and green onions
  • Fold in the jumbo lump crab meat gently to maintain the texture
  • Add breadcrumbs and mix lightly until the mixture holds together
  • Shape the mixture into 6 large rounded bombs and place on the baking sheet
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden on top and heated through
  • Broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes if desired for an extra crispy finish
