Ingredients

  • 6 Fruit Roll-Ups (any flavor)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 sheet parchment paper
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Crushed cookies (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped strawberries (optional)
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)
  • Caramel drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare workspace by laying parchment paper on a tray
  • Unroll one Fruit Roll-Up flat
  • Add 1 tablespoon of softened vanilla ice cream in the center
  • Fold edges of the Fruit Roll-Up around ice cream and pinch to seal
  • Repeat for remaining roll-ups
