Ingredients

  • Instant chocolate pudding mix, 1 (5.9 oz) box
  • Whole milk, 2½ cups
  • Whipped topping, 1 (8 oz) tub, thawed
  • Graham crackers, 30 pieces
  • Cream cheese, 6 oz, softened
  • Marshmallow creme, 1 (7 oz) jar
  • Mini chocolate chips, ⅓ cup (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper
  • Arrange half the graham crackers in a single layer
  • Whisk pudding mix, milk, and ½ cup whipped topping until smooth
  • Let pudding thicken 2–3 minutes
  • Spread pudding over graham cracker base
  • Place pan in freezer
  • Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until fluffy
  • Fold in remaining whipped topping
  • Spread marshmallow mixture over pudding
  • Top with remaining graham crackers and mini chocolate chips
  • Freeze 4 hours
  • Cut into 12 bars

Notes

Substitute almond/oat milk for dairy-free version
Use vegan cream cheese and gelatin-free marshmallow creme as alternatives
Store in airtight container in freezer up to 1 month
