Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 packets McCormick Chicken Gravy mix
  • 1 pouch Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Dinner rolls for serving

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Whisk soup, gravy mix, water, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir.
  • Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  • Spoon the chicken and gravy mixture over the mashed potatoes and serve with dinner rolls.

Notes

Add chopped fresh thyme or garlic to the mixture for extra flavor.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
