Ingredients

  • 3 frozen hashbrown patties
  • 3 tablespoons garlic dip
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup halal turkey bacon crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place frozen hashbrowns in a single layer on the sheet and bake 14 minutes, flipping halfway
  • Remove and spread 1 tablespoon garlic dip over each patty
  • Top with mozzarella and turkey bacon crumbles
  • Return to oven and bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving

Notes

Use frozen hashbrowns with no added preservatives for best results
For extra crispiness, bake 2 minutes longer if oven hotspots exist
Garlic dip can be homemade (see note)
Homemade garlic dip: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon salt
