Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine orange juice, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • Run warm water over molds to loosen, then remove and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice. Ensure sugar dissolves completely to avoid graininess. Store unfrozen mixture in the fridge for up to 24 hours before freezing. Coconut sugar adds a caramel-like depth.
