- Salt & pepper or taco seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; brown 2 lbs ground beef with seasoning, draining excess grease.
- Chop lettuce and dice tomatoes while beef cooks.
- Combine chopped lettuce, cooked beef, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos in a bowl.
- Add Catalina dressing just before serving and gently toss to coat.
