Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon A1 steak sauce
  • 1/3 cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 finely minced jalapeño (seeds removed for less heat if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (halal-certified)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, yellow mustard, and A1 steak sauce until smooth.
  • Stir in diced dill pickles, dill pickle juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill until evenly blended.
  • Add hot sauce, hot honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, minced jalapeño, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • If using optional ingredients (crushed red pepper flakes, chipotle powder, pickled jalapeños), add and stir in.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

Chill for 30 minutes to develop full flavor.
Adjust heat level by removing jalapeño seeds or omitting optional spicy additions.
Ensure halal-certified Worcestershire sauce is used.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
