Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup A1 steak sauce (or dark tangy steak sauce)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, very finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, A1 steak sauce, and dill pickle juice until smooth.
  • Add jalapeños, hot honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Whisk until fully combined and the sauce has a deep orange hue.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Stir before serving and pair with burgers, fried, or grilled dishes.

Notes

Use full-fat mayonnaise for the richest texture.
Adjust jalapeño quantity or cayenne to control heat.
Refrigerated sauce stays fresh for up to 1 week.
