Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup diced cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped finely
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (whole fat or low-fat)

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken (boiled, baked, or rotisserie), then shred it
  • Dice peeled and seeded cucumbers
  • Chop fresh dill finely
  • Combine chicken, tzatziki, cucumbers, dill, and Greek yogurt in a bowl
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly blended
  • Serve as is, in pita bread, on greens, or wrapped in flatbread
