  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 ounces sliced peaches in syrup, drained
  • 2 tablespoons reserved peach syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters by placing them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
  • Whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form
  • In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sliced peaches, reserved syrup, vanilla extract, and salt; mix gently until smooth with chunks
  • Fold whipped cream into the peach mixture in four batches, using a spatula to retain volume
  • Spread the mixture into a loaf pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil
  • Freeze for 4-5 hours until set
  • Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving for easier scooping
