Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16 oz) sugar cookie dough
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • Fruit of your choice (e.g., sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Unroll sugar cookie dough and press it into a greased or parchment-lined round baking pan to form a thick crust, approximately ¼ inch thick
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden
  • Allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Fold in cool whip until fully combined and fluffy
  • Spread the cream cheese and cool whip mixture onto the cooled crust
  • Arrange your chosen fruits on top
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
