Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced halal beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine potatoes, halal beef, and onion in a bowl.
  • Whisk soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika into a sauce.
  • Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
  • Layer potato mixture and sauce in crockpot in two layers.
  • Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.

Notes

Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving for cleaner slices
