Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni (halal or turkey-based)
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • Additional toppings (optional): black olives, diced bell peppers, sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1½ cups shredded mozzarella, ½ cup grated Parmesan, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon chili flakes until evenly coated
  • Scoop small portions of the cheese mixture onto the baking tray, spacing them about 2 inches apart
  • Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon or your fingers
  • Press mini pepperoni pieces into each cheese portion. Add any optional toppings like olives, peppers, or jalapeños if desired
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8–12 minutes. Look for golden edges and bubbling cheese
  • Remove from oven and let the chips sit for 2–3 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool

Notes

Make sure the cheese is evenly mixed with the seasonings for consistent flavor.
Add additional cheese to the top of each chip for extra meltness.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
