Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked halal brisket, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: fried eggs for serving

Instructions

  • Heat butter and vegetable oil in a skillet until foaming.
  • Add onions and sauté until golden.
  • Spread potatoes in the skillet and cook undisturbed for a crisp crust.
  • Add chopped brisket and seasonings, pressing mixture flat.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with fried eggs if desired.
