Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef (7-8 minutes) and drain excess fat.
  • Add mushroom soup, milk, and butter to the็‰›่‚‰ mixture. Stir until smooth and heated.
  • Fold in Velveeta cheese, stirring constantly until melted into a creamy sauce (3-5 minutes).
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cube Velveeta cheese beforehand for even melting
Drain beef thoroughly to maintain sauce texture
Add milk by the tablespoon to thin sauce if needed
Freshly ground pepper enhances flavor
