Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil
  • In a medium bowl, mix ranch seasoning and sour cream until smooth
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the baking dish
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Spread the ranch cream mixture over the chicken breasts
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F
  • For golden cheese, broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely
  • Rest and garnish with chopped parsley
